I hope that it turns out that your husband is able to get pain under control. About a year ago I went from almost constant pain to really little pain for a few months and it was such a huge relief for my husband (fiance at the time). Our relationship dynamics changed in a great way almost overnight.

Everyone knows that it is difficult to be in pain, but I think that the drain of trying to support someone in pain without a clear end in sight has to be horrible.

I am very glad that the first-time chemo went as well as it could. I hope that your weekend turned out wonderfully!
